Vice President of Finance
The VPF is an experienced leader and financial executive with appropriate industry experience. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. A qualified VPF will be a strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus. The ideal candidate must be an intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills. The VPF is a decisive individual who must possess a "big picture" perspective and be well versed in systems.
The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to interact with various types of internal and external customers. Also, candidate must have the ability to work independently, to be assertive and to negotiate “win-win” situations when resolving issues. The ideal candidate must demonstrate an understanding and ability to handle large budgets and as well as make sound financial decisions. The VPF must have the ability to organize, prioritize and disseminate information while working with deadlines. Candidate must also conduct self in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance that enhances the agency’s reputation.
Current CPA license required, Master’s degree in finance or similar discipline preferred.

PART TIME PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
Rocky Mountain PACE is seeking a part time Physical Therapist Assistant. Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program; current PTA license is preferred but not required. Candidate must have a minimum of one year experience working with the elderly population. Candidate must be skilled in the use and maintenance of physical therapy equipment. Duties include, but are not limited to: assist the Physical Therapist in facilitating treatment to PACE Participants, (i.e., exercises, massages, electrical stimulation, paraffin baths, hot and cold packs, traction, ultrasound, etc.)
The physical demands of this job include, but are not limited to: the ability to lift/carry up to 65 pounds and push or pull objects exceeding 150 pounds; standing, walking, pushing, bending, kneeling and reaching at arm’s length for prolonged periods of time; working under stressful conditions.
Must have excellent communication and documentation skills and enjoy working with computers. Candidate must be willing to submit to a drug screen, background check and check of driving history.
No weekends and no holidays!
Position is part time, 30 hours per week. Benefits include: company paid Vision and Short Term Disability/Term Life; Medical and Dental coverage is paid by the company at 1/2 monthly rate. 403B and AFLAC also available. PACE DRIVER
Rocky Mountain PACE is seeking a part-time Driver. Applicant must have a minimum of a GED or high school diploma. One year of experience working with the frail and/or elderly population is required. Duties include, but are not limited to: driving clients in wheelchair bus, loading/unloading clients as necessary, ensuring safety of our clients while on the bus and additional duties as requested, such as light janitorial work. Current Commercial Driver License (CDL), current DOT physical and current PASS (Passenger) endorsement are highly preferred. The physical demands of this job include, but are not limited to: the ability to lift/carry up to 65 pounds and push or pull objects exceeding 150 pounds; standing, walking, pushing, bending, kneeling and reaching at arm's length for prolonged periods of time; working under stressful conditions.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be proficient on a computer working with Microsoft programs. Candidate must be willing to submit to a drug screen, background check and must possess a clean driving history. Hours: Monday-Friday, part-time hours
Pay rate: $10.50-$12.50/hour DOE
