Located in central Colorado Springs, The Lodge is a 28-bed residential treatment facility for brain-injured adults with higher level needs, operated by Rocky Mountain Health Care Services. The Lodge provides:

  • Independent Living Skills Services
  • Day Treatment
  • Counseling Services
  • Work Program Opportunities
  • 24-hour/7 day care
  • Nursing oversight
The Lodge is only a few blocks away from Memorial Park, a large city park with playing fields, a lake, and numerous scenic walking paths. Payment sources accepted include:
  • Medicaid Home & Community-Based Services: Brain Injury Waiver (HCBS-BI)
  • Worker’s Compensation
  • Private Pay
  • VA
  • Third-Party Insurance

HCBS-BI referrals need to be coordinated through the Single Entry Point (SEP) Options for Long-Term Care agency in your county.
