Options for Long Term Care
-- Programs & Services
OLTC
helps Medicaid-qualified individual’s access services that range from Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) to supportive care. Individuals who are Medicare recipients but meet the level of care screen may become Medicaid eligible.
The resource lists will also help any individual seeking services know what is available in the community once the individual becomes Medicaid eligible for one of the long-term care community based waivers.
Medicaid/applying for Medicaid
OLTC helps Medicaid-qualified individuals access services. For individuals in El Paso County who are not qualified for Medicaid, but who are interested in applying for long-term care services, OLTC has made the financial eligibility process easier by housing El Paso County Department of Human Services financial eligibility technicians at our main office, located at 2812 E. Bijou Street. By co-locating County financial eligibility with the OLTC case managers we are providing a streamlined, single point of entry for clients.
