Columbine House

Each home has eight residents and a skilled staff that provides 24-hour care. provide residents with living skills training, medication monitoring, activity programs, and nourishing meals in a non-institutional setting.

Each home is specialized according to each resident’s level of functioning and anticipated length of rehabilitation (short-, medium-, and long-term). Two homes have lifts to accommodate nonambulatory residents, and one is oriented toward physically independent individuals.
